Kirridesk

2026 · AI tools

A help desk where an AI agent works alongside the support team, turning messy conversations into tidy tickets.

Support teams lose a surprising amount of their day to admin. Someone rings or emails with a problem, and before anyone can actually help, a person has to type it all up, pick a priority, tag it and pass it to the right teammate. Kirridesk hands most of that to an AI agent called KiriOne, so people can spend their time on the customer instead.

It all starts from the ticket list: what's new, what's in progress, what's waiting on the customer, and a banner showing how many tickets KiriOne is already handling on its own. From a side conversation, one click on Generate Ticket with AI reads the chat, suggests the follow-up questions worth asking, drafts a reply and fills in the ticket name, priority, type, assignee and tags. The agent just checks it over and saves.

Phone calls get the same help. While the agent is talking, KiriOne listens in and fills out the ticket details as the conversation unfolds, so by the time they hang up it's mostly done. Afterwards the recording sits right in the thread with a short summary, so the next person to pick it up doesn't have to listen to the whole thing.

We kept the screens calm on purpose. Support work can get hectic, so there's a focus mode, pinned tickets for the ones you keep coming back to, and the knowledge base, customers and reports are all a click away in the sidebar.
